Or go to Find Phone using Google. Pretend your phone is missing. Wipe out data from phone. Maybe that help you log out of Google account for the phone. Reset it to get rid of password lock and log back in after that. Not sure what else you can do. Ask phone vendor. They should know.

I love this model very much but have to let it go so I sold it. The bezel is REAL bezelless and it is smooth. Battery lasts too compare with other device. What I really like about the specs is the LTE connection because I can easily connect wherever I am without any hesitation because it can offer 150Mbps speed.

Almost every phone since 2014 has had better specs. And if I were to compare it to another phone, I'd compare it to the Xiaomi mi mix. The mix has 32 times the storage. 4 times the RAM. Much better cameras. A bigger, higher resolution, even more bezel less screen. Much better build quality. A bigger battery. A much newer android version. Every aspect is better than the crystal, you were right, it cant even be compared.

I don't see why you're mentioning that of all things when it's only got 1.5 gigs of ram, a 5 inch 720p display, android 4.4.2, and a 2000 mAH battery. The specs of this are laughable, but you mention the storage.
