USB microscope software on windows 10 hi all my laptop wont recognize my USB microscope and the software wont work now has anyone else got a similar problem of know of any fixes cheers This thread is locked. I just got the USB microscope, installed all drivers and software, and rebooted. This USB microscope is Mac OS X and Windows compatible. USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED: Make sure microscope is plugged into a USB computer port directly, not through any type of USB hub or extender. For best results, try plugging into one of the rear USB ports, not the front ports of a computer. If device is not working in a specific USB port, try a different port and see if problem still occurs.
